2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Express Shipping within India with the following rates based on the weight of your order:
- 0kg–0.5kg: ₹80.00 INR + 18% GST
- 0.5kg–1kg: ₹120.00 INR + 18% GST
- 1kg–2kg: ₹200.00 INR + 18% GST
3. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
4. Shipping Restrictions Currently, we only ship within India.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Thea Ojas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
7. Damages Thea Ojas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us to address the issue.
